Dina Pataki is an Organisational Psychologist with Leapwise, supporting our consulting and software development work. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht (Netherlands) and a Master’s Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology with distinction from LSE.
At Leapwise, Dina has worked with policing and local government organisations to identify and unblock barriers to workforce behaviour change. She has also been critical to the Leapwise’s work supporting improved meetings and governance, both through client work and through her role in product design for the Meeting Lab.
Prior to joining Leapwise, Dina spent two years helping organisations to identify and bring in talent, developing a strong interest in the relationship between individual attributes and organisational performance. She is trained in a range of advanced quantitative and qualitative methods, and her previous work includes a quantitative study of the relationships between the personality trait of perfectionism, organisational wellbeing, and perceived stress during the coronavirus pandemic.
Her interests include painting, playing the piano and board games.
