
Dina Pataki is is an Organisational Psychologist with Leapwise, supporting our consulting and software development work. Born and raised in Hungary, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Economics from Utrecht (Netherlands) and a Master’s Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology at LSE.
With two years’ experience helping organisations to identify and bring in talent, she has a strong interest in the relationship between individual attributes and organisational performance.
Trained in a range of advanced quantitative methods, her previous work includes a quantitative study of the relationships between the personality trait of perfectionism, organisational wellbeing, and perceived stress during the coronavirus pandemic.
Alongside front-end software development, her interests include painting, playing the piano and board games.
