
Rohati is an experienced Social Sector professional with 19 years’ experience of bringing social change missions to life, through turning vision into pragmatic, operational solutions that balances people and process to achieve impact.
Rohati brings a wealth of cross-sector experience in strategy development and execution, nonprofit management, partnerships, and programme delivery. Rohati began her career in the charity and local government sector before becoming a management consultant in PwC’s Government & Public Sector team, where she project managed a range of Education, Children’s Services and International Development programmes that underpinned public policy implementation, evaluation and reform throughout a period that spanned a Labour and Con-Lib Coalition government. Rohati returned to the social sector in 2014 as a Director for an International NGO, where she established a team that managed a global portfolio of Youth Entrepreneurship programmes for a range of private and public Investors. Rohati now works as an Independent Consultant providing strategic advisory support to charities and social enterprises who have reached an inflection point in their journey and need decision making support in a range of areas such as: developing their next 3-year strategic focus; untangling operational issues that affect partnerships and performance; and designing new income generation propositions. In 2019 Rohati was Interim CEO of youth exclusion prevention charity Khulisa UK.
Rohati has managed an extensive range of stakeholders and clients across the public, private and nonprofit sector including Department for Education, Department for International Development, National Youth Agency, Living Wage Foundation, Accenture, Hogan Lovells, BG Group/Shell Foundation and Barclays.
