So much of our organisational decision making stems from the way we think and act as individuals. Our suite of training and development sessions allows you and your staff to explore your own decision making approach and style, equips you with new decision making tools and techniques, and tracks whether and to what effect your decision making approach changes as a result of our intervention.
Leapwise’s learning and development tools are all informed by rigorous academic research but we recognise that there is no single ‘right’ answer for how to make effective decisions. What we can do, however, is help you to avoid common pitfalls and become more conscious about your decision making approach, and its strengths and weaknesses. We can also help you to work through the emotional responses that can impede effective decisions, while still listening to and understanding your intuition.
Where needed, we work with specialist wellness and resilience partners to ensure that your organisation is managing the risks of stress and burn-out that underpin so many organisational misjudgements and failures.
