Meet Martina Sole
Martina is a consultant at Leapwise. She is passionate about helping public sector organisations tackle complex questions to drive tangible impacts that improve outcomes for society. Martina is dedicated to developing tailored intervention to address the multiple challenges which currently hinder public sector organisations’ capacity to deliver social value.
Professional Experience
Martina has previously worked in policy research and consulting for government and public sector organisations, with experience in behavioural approaches to systemic change. She holds a dual Masters degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po and the London School of Economics, and a BA in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.

Martina is motivated by addressing big social challenges and improving public outcomes, and is passionate about developing innovative and tailored solutions to address these. She is particularly interested in supporting public sector organisations address complex questions through systemic thinking, structured problem solving, research and data analysis.

Client Impact
Martina supported Thames Valley Police (TVP) with strengthening their biggest transformation programme. She contributed to developing Leapwise’s Critical Success Factors for Major Change Framework©, which was used to conduct an external rapid review of TVP’s transformation programme, and then supported the force to address recommendations emerging from the review. Her structured thinking supported the development of a prioritisation framework to map and evaluate TVP’s organisational strategic priorities, helping senior leaders to develop a revised vision and objectives for the transformation programme through participatory consultation. Martina also supported the force develop a system to track and manage benefits delivered by the projects. Martina’s structured approach to simplifying complexity and working with clients to understand their needs in helping develop solutions is a valuable part of her client’s success.

When she isn’t working, Martina can be found climbing, cycling, spending time with friends, being outdoors. Martina also regularly volunteers for social, economic and climate justice.
