Working with leads in each priority area, Leapwise quickly supported improved understanding of the key issues, shaped plans and other key outputs, and accelerated the first steps in improvement. The successful setup of a new Delivery Unit ensures the continued delivery of progress on the strategic priority areas. Even against a backdrop of vacancies in the senior team and major resource constraints, the force was able to get greater clarity on improvements and build strong momentum which the force is now taking forward.
