Our clients

"The Leapwise team worked really well with us at pace... They worked with us to review our available information, benchmark and challenge us, and bring enhanced rigour to statistical analyses - supported by bringing to bear their broad understanding of wider UK policing context."
""Leapwise immediately impressed me with their technical abilities... as well as their sensitive and mature approach to stakeholder management. They are really tuned in to how policing works, its complexities and the sensitivities around capturing voice, data sharing, and costs."
"The outcome surpassed expectations. It has delivered a methodology Hounslow is now seeking to adopt across all relevant change activity."
"Having this away day facilitated like this was like flying first class or being in a chauffer driven car. It gave me proper space to think, step back and contribute. I never want to facilitate my own away day again"
"We have worked with Leapwise on several occasions and do so because they have a deep understanding of the sector, but also take the time to really get beneath the surface of issues by engaging widely with stakeholders."
“Colleagues across Catch22 enjoyed working with Leapwise very much, particularly valuing an approach to project management that favours candour, human relationships, and paperwork on a ‘needs-only’ basis. We wouldn’t hesitate to appoint Leapwise in the future.”
“Leapwise provided support at the outset of Cleveland Police’s improvement journey. The team were very hard-working and provided intelligent and insightful input into the development of our improvement plan and strategic objectives."
"I engaged Leapwise in this work because of their developed understanding of policing across the UK and their ability to work with and optimise the contribution of all senior leaders... They lived up to high expectations.”
"Leapwise's point of separation is their professional acumen: building trusted relationships with senior leaders, workforce, and partnerships. They bring insight, experience, and wisdom. They are a catalyst for change, with an intellect, energy and drive. Leapwise established collegiate behaviours, communicating with honesty and positivity that unlocked minds, unblocked systems and built a platform for sustainable success."
"Leapwise have been instrumental in helping transform the reputation of our business with the law enforcement community. They bring an innovative approach to problem solving and have the ability to draw out useful insights from incredibly complex data.”
"Leapwise and their toolkits have helped the constabulary to improve strategic decision making and empowerment throughout the organisation.”
"Leapwise were adept at problem structuring and solving, using qualitative and quantitative research measures, and presenting complex findings in a simple visual way that aided the decision-making process. We were hugely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Leapwise again.”
“Having partnered with Leapwise before… I knew they would bring strategic insight, pace, and a truly collaborative approach. The team quickly understood what we needed, how to get the best from leaders across the organisation, and how to facilitate sensitive and important decisions."
“Leapwise worked alongside the team to achieve a clear line of sight between objectives and activity. What worked particularly well was the flexible and embedded approach that Leapwise took, adapting their focus to meet an evolving brief. I would look forward to working with them again.”

"Leapwise bring energy, enthusiasm and focus to helping us develop our long-term plans"
“I have no doubt that the success of our bid to the design phase, which will potentially have a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable young people for many years to come, was down to the rigour and quality of the analysis and attention to detail that Leapwise instigated from the beginning."
"The best decision that the West Midlands Safe Centre Partnership made was employing Leapwise as their consultants."
