We have significantly influenced major national policy developments and set up new cross-agency partnerships involving up to 17 public sector bodies

National Centre of Policing

We publicly advocated for a new national policing hub (with the Police Foundation) and our work featured in the Government press release formally announcing the National Centre of Policing in late 2024

West Midlands Secure Children's Care and Custody

We worked with West Midlands Children’s Services, Police and Crime Commissioners, and voluntary bodies Catch22 and Kibble to design a new model for secure care and custody for children and young people

APCC Guide for Devolution of PCC Powers

We worked with the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners, the Local Government Association, and the Association of Police and Crime Chief Executives to develop an evidence-led toolkit for managing this transition
