About Leapwise
Our Managing Director, Tom Gash, set up Leapwise in 2020 because he felt that leaders in the policing, justice and public safety sectors deserved better strategic support to address complex problems.
With an emphasis on genuinely evidence-based solutions, deep sector expertise, and a desire to improve both frontline delivery and national policymaking, Leapwise is all about giving leaders the tools they need to make a difference for the public. We want to make a difference by empowering your leaders to deliver for the public.
